The mandatory live small group sessions will be scheduled two weeks before the class begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will this class be delivered? 

• This class will be an online course. Two sessions of this course will be offered. Each session has a maximum enrollment of 30. Registration for the course is first come, first serve. Students will be required to attend every online live whole class session from 10:00 - 11:00 am on the two days listed above, as well as six live small group sessions (two per week) that will be scheduled once the course begins. Students will complete all of their work online. Weekly virtual office hours will also be held. This course will require approximately 5 hours of work per week, during the duration of the course.

 

How will students receive credit? 

• This course will be taught by GVSD staff and factor into a student's GPA.

 

How do I register? 

• Online registration for Summer Health 11/12 will open on March 2, 2026, at 9:00 am and be sent via Parent Square. Registration will close on April 3 at midnight.

 

What is the cost? 

• The cost is $250. Financial Assistance is available.
